It is reported that Nominees who don’t win in the Best Actor/Actress, Best Director and Best Supporting Actor/Actress categories are arranged to get runner-up prizes. They are making sure that everyone wins something that night, even if they lose the Oscars.
Actors like Leonardo DiCaprio, Amy Adams, Matthew McConaughey, etc are in the Nominees list.

10,000 meals of Oscar host Ellen DeGeneres’ Halo natural pet food to donate to the animal shelter of their choice and a wine and chocolate flight pairing. They have also included watches, bracelets, luxury holidays to the Canadian Rockies, Mexico and Japan, teas and spa treatments, blah blah.
